indowlaFrequently Asked Questions
Users new to indowla often ask about account setup, how deposits and withdrawals work, which rules apply to football betting and live-dealer games, account security, password recovery, and fees. This FAQ page addresses the most common questions we receive across all areas of the platform — from opening your first account through managing your balance and resolving account-access issues.
This page answers practical how-to questions and explains our policies in plain language. If your question is not listed here, or if you need urgent support with a transaction, active bet, or account lock, use the Help section inside your indowla account to contact our support team. For detailed legal information about jurisdiction restrictions, data protection, and our full terms, see our Legal notice and Terms & Conditions
We recommend that all new users read the rules section relevant to their chosen games — football betting settlement rules, live-dealer house rules, and esports market rules are detailed in our game guides. These rules govern when your bets settle, how disputes are resolved, and what happens if a match is postponed or cancelled. Understanding these upfront prevents confusion later.

On the indowla login page, click "Forgot password" and enter your registered email address. We will send a password-reset link to your email within minutes. Click the link, enter a new password (minimum 8 characters, including letters and numbers), and confirm it. Your password is updated immediately, and you can log in with your new password. If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If the email is not there, your email address may have been registered differently, or your account may have been suspended. Contact our support team via the Help section to confirm your account details and re-send the reset email.
We recommend reading the rules relevant to your chosen games. For football betting (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League), read the settlement rules — which data source we use for final scores, how we handle postponed or cancelled matches, and what happens if a match ends early. For live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger), read the house rules covering deck composition, betting limits, and dispute procedures. For slots and esports markets, read the payout terms and how we settle disputed outcomes. Our Terms & Conditions page covers account suspension, responsible account use, and jurisdiction restrictions. Understanding these rules upfront prevents disputes and ensures you know exactly how your bets will settle.
Payments and transactions
Depositing via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on indowla is instant. Log in to your account, go to Payments → Deposit, select your payment method, enter the amount, and click "Proceed." You will be redirected to the mobile banking, local payment, or online payment app or web page to confirm the transaction. Confirm the amount and complete the payment using your app credentials. Once the payment provider confirms the transaction, your indowla account balance updates automatically — usually within seconds, but occasionally up to subject to verification depending on network congestion (especially during Idul Fitri or Idul Adha peak traffic). If your deposit does not appear after subject to verification, check the transaction status in your payment app. If the payment succeeded there but indowla shows no deposit, contact our support team with your transaction ID from e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, and we will investigate.
indowla does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. The amount you deposit is the amount that arrives in your account. The amount you withdraw is the amount you receive (subject to verification holds on your first withdrawal). However, your payment provider — online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank — may charge their own transaction fees. These fees are set by the provider, not by indowla. For example, some banks charge a small fee for e-wallet transfers or inter-bank transfers. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing. If you have questions about a fee charged by your provider, contact the provider's support team directly. indowla withdrawals to your bank account are always free on our side; any fee charged is from your bank.
We protect your personal information using industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 for data in transit) and secure storage (hashed passwords, encrypted ID documents). Your account login uses encrypted sessions — no one can intercept your password over the network. Your KYC documents (ID and proof of residence) are stored in encrypted vaults accessible only to our verification team. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share your data with payment providers (for transaction processing) and tax or regulatory authorities (if required by law). For full details on how we collect, store, and use your data, see our Privacy PolicyIf you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication in your account settings.
We respond to support queries within one business day, usually much faster. Account issues (login problems, payment delays, withdrawal status) are prioritised and often answered within hours. For urgent issues during your bet — a technical error, a market malfunction, or an obvious settlement mistake — contact our support team immediately through the Help section and describe the issue with screenshots if possible. We monitor support channels during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 local time) and respond to urgent issues as soon as we can. On weekends and public holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek), response times may be longer, but we still monitor critical account issues. For non-urgent questions (account policy clarification, rule explanations, general help), expect a response within 24 hours.

Our weekly cashback is a recurring promotion (when active) that returns a small percentage of your net losses over a rolling 7-day period. The exact cashback percentage and minimum turnover requirement are shown in your Promotions section when the offer is running. For example, if the offer is "our matching offer on net losses of our welcome offer or more," and you lose our welcome offer over Monday–Sunday, you would receive our welcome offer in cashback credits (non-specific info of the 1,500,000 loss) into your account on the following Monday. Cashback is credited as account balance, not as a bonus code — you can use it to place new bets or withdraw it. Cashback is calculated from net loss, meaning winning bets reduce your loss total. Inactive accounts (no bets placed in the previous 7 days) do not qualify. Check your Promotions tab for current eligibility and exact terms.
Football bets on indowla (Liga 1, Piala Indonesia, Piala AFF, Champions League, and other tournaments) settle based on the official full-time score at the end of subject to verification (or subject to verification if extra time is played and your bet type includes it). We source final scores from official tournament organisers and reputable data feeds. If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before full-time, bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match starts but is suspended for extended time (rain, crowd issues), we wait for the match to resume and complete. Bets placed on specific events within a match (first-half score, goal scorers, corner counts) settle on official records for those events. If there is a discrepancy between the score on your bet slip and the official final score, we investigate using our data source. Disputes are resolved within 2–3 business days.
Security and account care
Protect your indowla account by using a unique, complex password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols) and enabling optional two-factor authentication (2FA). With 2FA enabled, logging in requires your password plus a one-time code sent to your registered email or phone. Two-factor authentication is optional but strongly recommended, especially if you use the same password on multiple sites or access indowla from public Wi-Fi. Enable 2FA in your Account Settings → Security. Change your password regularly (every 3 months is reasonable). Never share your password with anyone, including indowla staff — we will never ask for your password. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and enable 2FA. Log out all active sessions in your Settings page to end any unauthorised access. If you lost access to your account and cannot reset your password via email, contact our support team with proof of identity (the same ID you uploaded for KYC).
indowla services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming and wagering are legally permitted under applicable law. When you create an account, you confirm that you are accessing indowla from a supported jurisdiction and that your use of the platform complies with local law. indowla does not operate in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. If we discover that you are accessing indowla from a prohibited jurisdiction, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account. Your access may be restricted if your payment provider (bank, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) declines transactions to indowla — this often indicates that your jurisdiction does not permit our services. Do not attempt to circumvent access restrictions using VPNs or proxies; doing so violates our terms and exposes you to legal risk. For details on indowla's jurisdiction policy, see our Legal notice
